Patrick O. King, Esq.

Patrick O. King, Esq. has been practicing law since 1982, when he received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law. Since then, he has garnered hundreds of hours in jury trials, has argued hundreds of appeals and has argued over 250 Supreme Court Appellate cases. He has also taught many classes on ethics and law at various colleges and law firms.


Operating out of Carson City Nevada, Patrick’s firm, King & Russo, Ltd., was started in 2014. The firm specializes in estate planning, real estate law, business law, family law and personal injury cases. This includes clear and expert representation in wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, funeral directives, divorce, guardianship, child support, articles of incorporation, by-laws, and accident and product injuries.


Patrick remains an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association, Washoe County Bar Association, Douglas County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Washoe, Carson and Douglas Bar Associations. Present and former memberships also include the American College of Legal Medicine, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and FINRA Dispute Resolution (as a mediator and arbiter).


In addition to these achievements, Patrick has never been sanctioned by any jurisdiction or court and has a proven record of success in every court in Nevada.
